Implement commercial governance, practice and rigour to ensure contractual and financial controls are in place for all TS business to facilitate compliance, effective and efficient delivery and robust contract management. Produce and implement a supply chain management plan to ensure consistent appointment, management and treatment of suppliers, and promotion of continual improvement.
