To provide support to the Design Manager in achieving the completion of design projects to time and budget. In addition, to assist the Design Manager in the development and training of junior staff and the expansion of the knowledge base of other design staff. This will include, but is not limited to, the following:

* Provide resource estimates to the Design Manager for proposals
* To assist the Design Manager in the proper utilisation of design resources
