This leading engineering multinational seeks a senior Facilities / Property Manager to take charge of two of its multi-divisional sites in Basingstoke and Bristol. Based from either location, you will have full responsibility for all property and FM related matters. Reporting to the Group's UK Property Director, you will possess the drive, desire and ability to develop, shape and implement a cohesive strategy across the sites. Of graduate calibre (or equivalent), you will have proven multi-divisional and/or multi-site FM experience; gained within a complex, blue-chip corporate environment. Your working knowledge of capacity planning processes will compliment your strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.
