Reporting to a site based Managing QS and along side another senior project surevyor and assitant and an M&E QS you will tackle all day to day commercial responsibilities on a large scheme which has a 3 year on site duration. As a senior member of the on site commercial team you will take responsibilities for all day to day commercial duties associated with a £140M new build laboratory contract.
