This is the lead role on a £25M valued Leisure project in Middlesex. The project includes the refurbishment of a listed external Lido and grandstand, then additionally the new build construction of an Olympic standard swimming pool to the read of the existing structure. As Senior Project Manager you will manage the on sit team working closely with the client, their representatives and all external consultants and appointed contractors.
