JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be primarily responsible for all reagent manufacturing activities and management of production areas to achieve quality and quantity targets. This encompasses the provision of leadership, vision, and maximising staff contribution to meet future needs. You will have approximately 5 direct reports with overall responsibility for 150 staff.
