Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems and retail operational processes are efficient, effective and drive customer satisfaction. You will act as the liaison point between stores and head office to ensure effective co-operation between all stakeholders, and that all retail projects and processes are well planned and executed.
