Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations you are responsible for ensuring that all systems and retail operational processes that support the stores are efficient, effective and drive customer satisfaction and that updates and improvements are actioned as and when required. You will act as the liaison point between stores and head office ensuring effective co-operation between all stakeholders and that all retail projects and processes are well planned and executed.
