The Purchasing and Operations Director will be directly responsible for the new division of an already successful travel business, contracting with hotels for beds and accommodation and sourcing additional ancillary products from product start up to the recruitment of the new team including hotel product managers and commercial team whilst ensuring the introduction and implementation of processes and systems within product contracting and product negotiation.
