Job Description
The Client Management Director is the senior contact between the Client and Commercial Insurance. They will drive revenue growth through the provision of Aon services to their Clients, through a dedicated team of Client Managers, drawing upon designated service teams and specialist resources, including those from other Divisions.
The CMD will build a highly motivated, focused team of Client Managers with a total portfolio value between £2m and £5m, who are encouraged to share problems and use initiative in the pursuit of customer service excellence.
