The position forms part of the Senior Management Team and will report directly to the Site General Manager. You will have total control of all aspects of the engineering function including all day-to-day engineering issues, strategic initiatives, process development, continuous improvement, change programme delivery and integration of applications based software systems to provide cohesive actionable M.I.S (including the delivery for the Planned Preventative Maintenance System).
