To actively seek and identify opportunities to satisfy the required property expansion programmes of the two retailing businesses. This involves establishing and maintaining knowledge of the property market with particular reference to shopping locations, new development changes in shopping and demographics, competitors activities and any other factors likely to affect trade To co-ordinate internal colleagues and external consultants and prepare viability studies and Board reports in respect of all projects for new stores including relocations where appropriate.
